These conditions apply to all Acerfi-Micronics group brands, including TW Micronics, Acerfi Training, CODAGE, Cameroon-online.com, cameroun-hotel.com


"TW Micronics": refers to the company TW Micronics, SARL with a capital of 50,000,000 FCFA, road RC: 95F 0271, 661 Ngousso - Yaoundé. "Customer": means any natural or legal person requesting the products of TW Micronics.

"Products" means the products and services of TW Micronics and its partners marketed by TW Micronics.


These general conditions of sale govern all orders, sales and deliveries of products, regardless of the type of order, including the Internet, telephone or any other means. Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these general conditions of sale by the Customer. The Customer agrees to read these terms and conditions before placing an order.


The Customer may place an order on the Internet (www.twmicronics.com), by telephone, by post or by email. Any order placed in the name or on behalf of the Customer is deemed to be done by himself or a person duly authorized for this purpose. In the case of online payment or bank transfer, the order will be considered effective when the bank payment centers concerned have given their agreement. In case of refusal of said centers, the order will be automatically canceled and the Customer notified by email, being specified that he can claim no compensation of any kind whatsoever. After the order and the actual collection, the customer will receive electronically the validation of his order. TW Micronics reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute over the payment of a previous order, without the latter being able to claim any compensation. The data recorded by TW Micronics for orders, sales and deliveries is proof of all transactions between TW Micronics and Customers.


The prices of the products are indicated in FCFA excluding taxes, excluding the cost of processing and, where applicable, shipping. All orders regardless of their origin, delivery method or place of delivery are payable in CFA francs, euros or dollars. Prices in force are available in particular on the online store of TW Micronics. The Customer is informed that prices may vary from one version to another of the same Product and that the prices indicated on the site may no longer be valid if a new version of the Product has been marketed. Delivery charges or possible approaches are the responsibility of the Customer. The total price of the order to be paid by the Customer (hereinafter "the Price") includes the price of the products ordered, any taxes and delivery charges if applicable. TW Micronics reserves the right to change product prices at any time. The products ordered will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of confirmation of the order by the Customer.

The Customer receives his bill at the latest at the same time as the products ordered. Invoice history will be available in the customer area on twmicronics.com.

ARTICLE 6 - PAYMENT              

The Price is payable in cash, net and without discount, and due upon receipt by TW Micronics of the Customer's order placement. The products remain the property of TW Micronics until the complete payment of the Price and will be delivered to the Customer only after effective receipt and total price by TW Micronics. The payment of the Price is made according to the means of payment chosen during the order: check, transfer, credit card.

- Payment by check In case of payment by bank or postal check, it must be issued by a bank domiciled in Cameroon. The cashing of the check is made upon receipt of the check. - Payment by Mobile Money The operator used must be Orange Money; MTN Mobile Money or other Operator accepted through our payment intermediary. The flow of the card is done immediately.

Any late payment within the time stipulated above will automatically entail the application of a penalty corresponding to three times the legal interest rate in force plus 5 points, without the need for a reminder, as soon as possible. first day of late payment.


In case of unavailability of all or part of the ordered products persisting beyond a period of sixty (60) days from the payment of sums paid by the Customer, the refund will be made by check or transfer at the latest in fifteen (15) days after the expiry of this period. The Customer agrees that in case of unavailability of all or part of the products ordered, he will not be able to claim any refund before the expiry of the sixty (60) days following the payment. No compensation will be payable by TW Micronics, in any capacity whatsoever, in case of unavailability, the only possibility being the refund of the price actually paid.

ARTICLE 8 – DELIVERY             

The ordered products are delivered electronically or by courier. Delivery times are given as an indication and correspond to the usual processing, shipping and routing times for products destined for Cameroon. For deliveries outside Cameroon, a delivery quote will be issued. The indicated delivery times run from the actual and total receipt of the Price by TW Micronics. TW Micronics can not be held responsible for a delay in delivery and the consequences of such a delay, whatever the cause, especially in the event of a force majeure event such as the strike of the postal services or other carriers.
