Finance and Administration Manager
TW Micronics is hiring its Finance and Administration Manager. A cross-functional role, it covers TW Micronics and the group's companies, within shared finance and administration services. Its purpose: money known, controlled and traced every day; each company's accounting, tax and social obligations met on time; shared administrative services working for every branch. As the first line of internal control, the role relies on MAYA Enterprise, the ERP published by TW Micronics, which automates much of the data entry, reconciliations, reminders and alerts (treasury, invoicing, accounting, payroll, purchasing, expenses).

Responsibilities
Treasury and cash
- Produce a daily cash position per entity every working day: banks, mobile money, petty cash.
- Run independent cash counts, separate from the person who holds the till, and account for every discrepancy.
- Authorise disbursements only against approved documents, within limits and dual sign-off.
- Maintain the 30- and 90-day cash forecast.
Invoicing and collection
- Issue invoices from accepted quotes, with no re-keying.
- Monitor the aged receivables balance and reminders; escalate to general management beyond 45 days.
- Calculate business introducers' fees according to the agreed rules.
Purchasing and suppliers
- Run the purchase request and purchase order process linked to projects.
- Keep the supplier payables schedule and pay on time.
- Track subscriptions and renewals: licences, hosting, office leases.
Accounting and financial statements
- Keep the books under the revised SYSCOHADA for each company.
- Perform bank reconciliations, monthly closings, trial balance and the financial dashboard.
- Prepare the annual financial statements and tax return pack with the accounting firm.
- Analyse profitability by entity, activity and project.
Tax, payroll and social obligations
- Keep each entity's tax and social calendar: filings and payments on time, with no penalties.
- Run monthly payroll in-house, approved by general management.
- Handle CNPS filings, contracts, leave, staff arrivals and departures, through to final settlement.
General administration
- Lead administrative affairs: formalities, filings, vehicle logistics.
- Keep corporate documents and administrative files (tenders, approvals).
- Manage travel, fuel and expense claims according to written scales.
- Oversee reception, the till and premises maintenance.
Management and compliance
- Deliver monthly reporting to management and take part in the weekly review.
- Lead the gradual move from paper to single entry in the ERP, process by process.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's to Master's degree in accounting, finance or management control (DSCG, CCA master's or equivalent).
Experience
- At least five years in accounting and finance, including a management role in an SME or an accounting firm.
- Experience managing several entities is a plus.
Technical skills
- Revised SYSCOHADA.
- Cameroonian tax and filings.
- Payroll and CNPS.
- Treasury and bank reconciliations.
- Hands-on ERP experience; advanced Excel.
Qualities
- Absolute integrity and discretion.
- Rigour; a sense of control without rigidity.
- Ability to lead a small team and support the move from paper to software.
- At ease with public administrations and banks.

Information Systems Engineer
TW Micronics now organises its business around two divisions: IT and AI consulting, and a corporate academy. To strengthen its technical team, TW Micronics is looking for an Information Systems Engineer who will support the head of information systems. At the heart of the digital transformation of the company and its clients, the role covers the design, deployment, security and maintenance of infrastructure and information systems. The post holder contributes directly to improving internal processes and to the quality of the solutions delivered to public and private clients in Cameroon and across Africa. He or she works closely with the technical teams, project managers and institutional partners, and is accountable for the availability, performance and security of the systems in their care.

Responsibilities
- Support the head of information systems day to day and deputise when needed.
- Design, deploy and maintain IT infrastructure (networks, servers, workstations) for the company and its clients.
- Administer systems: Windows and Linux servers, databases, business applications.
- Secure systems and data: access control, backups, protection against cyber threats.
- Take part in client needs analysis and in drafting technical specifications (tenders, public procurement).
- Help run and monitor IS projects in the public and private sectors.
- Keep up with technology and propose solutions suited to client needs.
- Write technical documentation: user guides, intervention reports, procedures.
- Train and support users on the tools deployed.
- Handle level 2 and 3 incidents and follow up support tickets.
- Take part in IT audits and digital transformation consulting assignments.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree minimum in computer science, telecommunications, networks or equivalent.
- Master's or engineering degree in information systems, computer science or software engineering preferred.
- Valued certifications: CCNA, Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL, AWS or Azure, PMP.
Knowledge
- Network architectures: LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP.
- Operating systems: Windows Server, Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS).
- Databases: SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL — administration and tuning.
- Cloud environments: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud.
- Cybersecurity and data protection.
- Public procurement and tenders in Cameroon (a plus).
Skills
- Designing and administering enterprise networks.
- Deploying and managing physical and virtual servers (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Integrating software solutions (web, ERP, business applications).
- Writing technical specifications, requirements and audit reports.
